Terms of Use
Last updated: October 2, 2026
By downloading or using DigiMoolai, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
The app
DigiMoolai is an on-device memory app: it turns what you say or type into memories and reminders stored locally on your phone, and answers questions about them using an on-device AI model — Apple's, on iPhones with Apple Intelligence, or DigiMoolai's own downloaded model. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is (and isn't) handled.
Free trial and purchase
DigiMoolai is free for 15 days from when you start the trial in the app, with every feature included. When the trial ends, the app locks until you unlock it with a one-time purchase. The price is shown in the app before you start the trial. Your memories stay on your phone either way.
Purchase and billing
- The purchase is one-time and lifetime — not a subscription. There's no recurring billing and nothing to cancel.
- Payment is billed through the Apple App Store (or Google Play, once the Android app is available), depending on where you downloaded the app, and is charged once at the time of purchase.
- The purchase is tied to the Apple ID or Google account used to make it — use "Restore Purchases" in the app to reapply it on a new device signed into the same account.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective refund policies, not by us directly.
Your content
You own the memories and reminders you create in DigiMoolai. Because everything is stored locally on your device, you're responsible for backing it up (using the in-app encrypted Backup & Restore feature) if you want to preserve it across devices or reinstalls — we have no copy to restore it from.
Acceptable use
Don't use DigiMoolai for anything illegal, or in a way that attempts to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the on-device AI models it uses.
No warranty
DigiMoolai is provided "as is." Speech recognition, dates read from your notes, and AI-generated answers can be inaccurate — don't rely on it as your sole record for anything critical (medical, legal, financial, or safety-related information).
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigiMoolai's developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data stored locally on your device.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
